I honestly think that Steve is messing with his fanbase. Microsoft is doing the same thing by ensuring Xbox shortages.
Steve is creating a shortage of his comics, and will have a larger fan base because of it.

Only teh first two chapters are on there. If interested, I can give Steve and Mazoku write permissions into that part of the wiki, and it can serve as a host for the comic. The bandwidth allowance is well above what Steve told me the comic used to get.

Thanks but I'll pass. I seem to have become a technological illiterate. I used to be able to make webcomic pages. Now, I am incapable to use properly all of the webpage hosts I ever registered into. That means Keenspace, Keenspot, Drunkduck, smackjeeves, transplantcomics, pixealtedempire and I have yet to receive my OK+Password from comicgenesis, which might take another 7 days. Somehow, my illiteracy is contagious, because whenever I ask Claire Obscure for help (She successfully helped Eric's Veena comic page), she loses days trying to make the damn thing work, with no success at all. So, until the day I'll be able to afford$$$ real professionnal help, I guess I'll keep on posting the new pages on this forum exclusively. I have other things to do with my life, I refuse to lose another minute with programs that seems to work easily with anyone but The Eight.

Oh, glad to know the form is working. I just can't explain why my user name and password might be incorrect since I get the same message even when I copy-paste them.

So, I try something else.

I see an option about asking for a new password. I try it out. What do I get? First, a mail asking me to enter a confirmation code. I do. Then, I recieve... THE VERY SAME PASSWORD.

I click on the link, and what do I get? This again:

... and again, and again!

I don't have time for this shit. Webcomics are supposed to be something fun, but what i've been putting myself through since september 2005 to get me a new one since my first webspace provider died is anything but that. People have been generous with me, offering me space on their servers, giving me user names and passwords, but for some mysterious reason nothing works from here. I try, my girlfriend tried, some of my friends tried, with no success.

Éric and who knows how many hundreds, thousands even, use comicgenesis without a glitch. Since I'm the only one who isn't able to even log in on my account, then that can only mean the problem is me. So, since I'm too dumb to be able to make a task other webcartoonists can do in their sleep, what's the point in even trying anymore? Working eight months on is it for nothing is wasted time enough.

I give up! Even MY patience has limits.
