Way before The Eight was created, I did two one-shot comics, each starring one of the main characters of my series. I translated them from the original French text. Let's start with version 1.0 of the main character of the series. This story was written and partly drawn in 1996. Then, after a 8 month hiatus, I completed the last page. And there you are. The original comic which later became the introduction to part 1 of The Eight.

And now, a nice priest we all know too well. ...or do we? This one, I've done in 1997, story and art. The trench coat. The long hair. The leather boots. The shotgun with the truncated canon. You can tell that was the 90s. Still, the beard was ahead of it's time, because back then, 90s anti-heroes only had beard stubbles. I was tired of the cliché of the slim young handsome vampire. That's why I went to the very opposite.
