I thought I'd answer this in public, that will save me the trouble of re-explaining
Hey Steve,
I just had a coversaion with a buddy of mine and have you thought about putting up some stuff on cafepress.com ?
I think you can out up samples of possible work, and a little note that says made by order. Check it out. May be worth it if its pretty cheap.

Well, my friend, I shall NEVER use Cafepress to sell any of my The Eight items. Why is that ? Let's see...
Suppose I make Katia T-Shirts, and displays them on cafepress... Cafepress wil charge me $14 for each of the shirts ordered. Then they will charge you, the customers, $4.30 shipping for the first item and $1.65 for each additional item if shipped within the U.S. That makes $18.30 from YOUR pockets to THEIRS.
Why should they get all that money ? Not for taking the time to make the picture of Katia, nor for taking the time and money to print the shirts... Nope, only for being the bridge between the one who makes the product, and the one who wants to buy the product. Sorry, but personally, I think that sucks.
Now, you already gave Cafepress $18.50... What about me ? Printing these T-shirts isn't free, you know. They come about 7$ a piece for a color print. That means, I'll have to add these fees to what Cafepress charges. The result: A Katia T-Shirt that will cost you $25.50 !
But wait, I forgot something... These prints gotta be done on something. I can find very cheap white T-shirts for about 5$ a piece, bt at this price, I'm not sure you should wash them, ever. Well, that little detail grings the price to $30.00.
Now, what about me ? I'm not greedy, but I mean, come on: I'm the one who inks, colours, and goes through all the trouble of having the shirts bought and printed. Isn't it normal for me to want to get a couple of bucks for all my troubles ? Personally, I think $10.00 is an acceptable profit for all I did... Problem is, would YOU agree to pay $40.50 for a cheap T-shirt, even with Katia's face on it ? I know I wouldn't ! That is ridiculous !
And my final argument is: The only persons who know about The Eight are those who read it. Clients of Cafepress have no idea what The Eight is, and so they have no reasons to buy a The Eight T-Shirt. that would be a waste of time for me, and a waste of money for the buyers, if I get any.
If one day I'll make The Eight T-Shirts, I'll sell them right here, and I shall charge 20$ for them, shipping and handling included. I know it's still kinda expensive, but look at it this way: 5$ for a shirt + 7$ a print + 3$ for shipping= 15$, and I think I'm entitled to a 5$ profit for all my trouble, don't you agree ?
I see no reasons why a company who had nothing to do with the making of my creations should get twice the money I get, and do so by stealing from my readers.
In conclusion, Cafepress.com can lick my pickled scrotum !
