i am an rper but donno how this will work.
been 6 months on another forum discussing our evangelion rpg and we havnt gotten anywere with it.
so get it rolling adn see how much snow it picks up and which direction it goes in.

You have unlimited rights for fanfics, if you feel like writing one.
Just wait for Mazoku-Chan's OK for Miroku, Sojiro, Alexei, Tristan and Sub-Whey boy Dexter, those are her creations.

I've been roleplaying for a long time and in some of them (xmen, evangelion, starwars) we only used the general universe, creating totally original character and let the master(s) (that'll be u Steve and Mazoku-chan) play the character if they have to intervene.
In the Eight RPG, I of course, would play myself, Claire Obscure... A often silent and shy goth girl. I'll have to make myself a neat little bio and pix later ;-)

I'm not much into RPGs, so I don't think I would participate... Unless the storyline + your original characters are interesting.
Welcome aboard Claire. Why don't you go to the introduction forum and talk a lil' bit about yerself, eh ? ;D
You can either make your own characters, or use some obscure characters Mazoku Chan and I made: Zack's (the guy with elephant pants) gang, the guy who vomits his guts out in the first chapter's early pages (I planned on naming him Ray Gurgy Tate), or the people at the bar...
You know, maybe I should make a contest: Make an interesting character for the RPG and see him/her/it make a a cameo in The Eight.

Embarassing fact: The first --and last-- time I've been into a RPG, it was in 1997, and was about Jem and the Holograms.
